Anna is the Head of Internal Operations at Open Philanthropy, where she serves as a resource for managers and the Open Philanthropy team.

Prior to joining Open Philanthropy, she served as Director of Human Resources at Buffalo Exchange, guiding the organization on manager development, change management, and organizational restructuring. Throughout her career, she has served as a leader of teams and a mentor to managers.

Anna holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and Project Management Institute and graduated from Shimer College in 2006 with a BA in Philosophy.
